DBM - Anti-noise and non-slip material

DBM is a special environmentally friendly medium, which prevents generating of noise (squealing) between extremely loaded sliding metal surfaces, when applied and reduces wear out of such surfaces at the same time.
It is made out of liquid biologically decomposable organic agent and conglomeration of solid chemic micro particles. It is distinguished for very high pressure resistance.

At correct use, extreme anti-noise effects can be achieved on the very source of noise, where wanted adhesion is not essentially changed. Usage is possible at all ambient temperatures.

DBM is distributed with special appliances, developed for this purpose. Usage of it into not prescribed and not tested device can cause a breakage of such device. Check the characteristics of the device or consult the producer before use.




KL-trinAl - Multi-active rail preserving anti-noise material

KL-trinAl is environmentally friendly multi-active rail preserving anti-noise material, produced on the base of the biodegradable organic binder in combination with chemically treated solid particles.

Developed specially for use on railways, tramways, metros, tram sheds, depots (above all in rail curves) KL-trinAl:

  • reduces wear out of rails,,
  • eliminates noise (squealing) in curves generated on wheel/rail interface,
  • prevents erosion of the rail,
  • it creates extraordinary strong clinging antistatic separating film on the rails providing long term protection of the supplied rails,
  • enables low consumption of material,
  • enables high performance all year around, irrespective of the season (temperature),
  • usage of it reduces maintenance costs.

 

Pressure resistance: over 7, 5 t/cm2 (Brugger method)
Temperature resistance: from -180ºC to +1200ºC

Application
KL-trinAl is distributed with special appliances, developed for this purpose. Usage of it into not prescribed and not tested device can cause a breakage of such device.

KL-trinAl is applied in minimum quantities. Because of long standing existence, consumption of material is extremely economical.
