Special lubricants
In the territory of former Yugoslavia Elpa is an exclusive distributor for special lubricants CICO, of producer SAERDNA GmbH. Special CICO lubricants (producer SAERDNA GmbH) with a high share of hard-metallic particles and a biologically decomposable organic carrier in form of paste or spray, distinguished for their high resistance to pressure and their large temperature span.
CICO SM 1200 B
Service and mounting paste SM 1200 B is made of chemically processed hard lubricating substances and biologically decomposable organic binding substance. Already a thin film gives a lasting protection against corrosion and too much friction. An extraordinary high pressure resistance and an optimal resistance offer a more uniform tension at fitting.
CICO TL 1500 B
Lubricant for wheel rims and open gear wheels. TL 1500 B is a combination of chemically processed solid substances and a biologically decomposable synthetic carrier, which does not contain solvents. This lubricant has been purposely developed for track vehicles which are exposed to weather influences and high pressure burdenings and where a high friction between the wheel-rims and the rails is taking place and it is intended for long-term prevention of friction. With the same good effects the use of this lubricant has also been carried out at open gear wheel transmissions. Because of the special organic carrier substance CICO TL 1500 B can also be used at temperatures of even -40°C. The temperature resistance of the lubricating film can be assured with the same function from -100°C up to +500°C.
CICO TGM 2000 B
The universal lubricant TGM 2000 B is a biologically decomposable synthetic lubricant which forms an invisible, transparent protecting film in a temperature span from -45°C up to +230°C. It does not contain organic greases, naphtha derivatives, additions of silicone, graphite, molybdenum sulphide and tephlon. It has an excellent capillary capacity, it penetrates into pores of metallic surfaces and forms a protecting film. Because of an extraordinary low friction coefficient (0,05) it has an excellent sliding.
CICO WSM 3000 T
The lubricant WSM 3000 T for switches is a combination of chemically processed solid lubricant substances and a biologically decomposable synthetic oil. It has been specially developed to insure undisturbed activity of switches under extreme conditions, as well as for long-term prevention of commencing friction between the switch parts when using track vehicles. This lubricant can be used up to -50°C and is available in 10 and 25 kg packing.
